    THRILLER LIVE HOLD FACEBOOK AUDITIONS

The producers of the Michael Jackson tribute musical, Thriller Live, are to hold global auditions through Facebook to find talented dancers to join the show.

Dancers who want to audition will be able to upload a video of themselves to the Thriller Live Facebook page.

Fans will then get the chance to vote for their favourite dancers via the social media site.

According to director and choreographer, Gary Lloyd, the top 15 with the most votes will get the chance to audition live in front of the Thriller Live creative team.

He added, "We are always getting requests from around the world to be part of this amazing show and play a part in keeping Michael Jackson’s legend alive. By harnessing the power of Facebook we will create a truly open and global audition process to find superstar dancers for this show."

Dancers will be considered for the West End production at the Lyric Theatre and the ongoing worldwide tour in 2012.

Another much larger Michael Jackson show called IMMORTAL by Cirque Du Soleil has just opened in the US and hopefully will also open in the UK next year.

Auditions can be uploaded at http://www.facebook.com/thrillerlive
